Without reservation, or exception, I expressly authorize Otsego Resort, and all of its affiliates, together with its/their respective representatives, employees and attorneys and agents, to contact and obtain information from: (i) all references (personal and professional) that I have provided, (ii) all former or current employers, (iii) any public agencies, (iv) any police departments, (v) any licensing authorities, (vi) any credit reporting agency, and (viii) any educational institutions (collectively the “Reporting Parties”). I further authorize Otsego Resort to otherwise verify the accuracy of all information provided by me in this application, resume, or my job interview with any source. I also hereby authorize the Reporting Parties to release the information requested by Otsego Resort, and I hereby waive notice that any such information has been released to Otsego Resort. I also waive any and all rights and claims that I may have against Otsego Resort for seeking, gathering, and using all such information, in the employment process, and while I am an employee if I am hired. I understand that by signing this application for employment, I am waiving any and all rights and claims against Otsego Resort, the Reporting Parties and any other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information relating to me.

I understand that this application remains current for only 60 days. At the conclusion of that time, if I have not heard from Otsego Resort and still wish to be considered for employment, it will be necessary for me to reapply and fill out a new application.

If I am hired, I understand that I am free to resign at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice. I also understand that Otsego Resort reserves the same right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, except as may be required by law. This application does not constitute an agreement or contract for employment for any specified period or definite duration, implied or otherwise.
