Otsego Club Lodging Policies: Cancellations, Pets & Non-Smoking

Otsego Club Lodging Cancellation Terms: 48-Hour to 14-Day Policies

Lodging reservations for standard accommodations is a 48-hour cancellation policy. All golf packages have a 14-day cancellation policy.

*Upgraded lodging, chalets or townhouses are a 14 day cancellation policy*

Pets

A limited number of pet friendly rooms are available for an additional charge of $35 per night. Please indicate at the time of booking if you are bringing your pet. Guests may not bring pets into guest rooms that are not specifically designated for pets.

Smoking Policy

In order to better accommodate our hotel guest all lodging facilities have become non-smoking. A fee of $200.00 will be charged to any guest that does not comply.

Late Checkouts

We do offer late check outs if the rooms are available. Townhouses, Cabins & Chalets are available for late check outs up until 4 PM for an additional charge of $75. Late checkout made between 12-4 PM will incur a $25 late checkout fee.
During the ski season, we offer late check outs up to 4 PM for an additional $50 in standard lodging only if we do not have a arrival coming in. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Holidays and Weekends

Christmas/New Year’s Week

The Resort will be open from December 26th thru January 2nd. Holiday rates will apply December 26th thru January 1st. All Christmas week reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. All cancellations must be made by November 30th for Christmas week to receive a refund. Full payment will be forfeited if you do not comply. Christmas week minimum nights stay as follows:

  • Reservations made prior to November 30th – three (3) night minimum
  • Reservations made after November 30th – Two (2) night minimum

Weekends

  • All winter weekends including have a two (2) night minimum.
  • MLK and President’s Day Weekend have a three (3) night minimum.
  • One night stays are possible in standard accommodations. A $50.00 fee per reservation will be applied to any single night lodging reservation.
  • Lodging rates are for lodging only – no complimentary breakfasts are included.
  • All Holiday weekend rooms have a 14-day cancellation period.
  • All other winter weekend rooms – cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival by 5:00pm in order for a full refund.
  • Full payment will be forfeited if you do not comply.
  • Townhouses, Cabins & Chalets have a 14-day cancellation policy all season.
