*All pass holders must have a valid credit card on file for onsite charging privileges. Pass holders billing for in house charge accounts will be processed weekly during Ski Season and monthly during Golf Season.

*By filling out this form you agree that when picking up your pass a credit card will be placed on file and charged for any & all balances on your Otsego Resort account.
