We have openings for the following positions:
Server: Responsible to take orders from and serve food and beverages to guests, check on guest satisfaction and handle the payment and complaints/concerns of customers. Previous experience in a professional setting preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Vehicle Technician - Responsible for the operation and preventative care of golf course and ski hill maintenance equipment. Must have knowledge of equipment repair and a valid driver’s license. This is a part time seasonal position of up to 40 hours per week. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Food & Beverage Runner - Looking for an energetic person for helping in a variety of areas for our Food & Beverage Department. Job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting in stocking & unloading the Beverage Carts, Keeping the Pro Grille stocked, Keeping the Coffee Shop stocked, taking care of supplies, Cleaning, Banquet set up, Busing Tables. Runner promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests.
Host - Ensures that all members and guests are seated promptly. Ensures that the front of the restaurant is clean and neat. Assist the dining room manager with daily operation of dining room.
Server Assistant – Ensures all tables are properly refilled, cleared and reset as needed. Assists servers as needed. Stocking of glasses and product as needed. Refilling ice bins, pop, etc. Heavy lifting is required.
Dishwasher - Dishwashers wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, dishes and glassware.
SKI LIFT TECHNICIAN - Lift mechanics install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot lift equipment as well as assist lift operations with the start up and shut down of the lifts daily. They also read diagrams and manufacturers’ manuals, fit bearings, rebuild sheave trains, service grips and perform other mechanical procedures requiring specialized training. They work at great heights, in all weather conditions, at any time of the day or night.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
§ Ensure all lifts are maintained to code and manufacturer’s recommendations
§ Assist in emergency situations
§ Report and rectify any unsafe situations
§ Keep a clean, organized and safe work environment
§ Use courtesy and respect when dealing with management, staff, co-workers, and guests at all times.
§ Maintain records
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The following competencies are typically demonstrated for this position:
§ Good communications skills, self-motivated, mature, dependable, timely and able to work well with others and alone
§ Willing and able to work in all weather conditions
§ Ability to work at excessive heights
§ Ability to operate snowmobiles in a safe and responsible manner
§ Operator’s certificates for associated industrial equipment an asset
§ Knowledge of electrical, high and low voltage systems
§ Ability to problem-solve
§ Mechanical abilities
§ Computer skills
§ Ability to follow instructions
§ Professional attitude
