We have openings for the following positions:

 

Dining Room Manager:  The dining room manager assists in organizing, directing and evaluating all aspects of the food and beverage operation. The dining room manager ensures that the highest standards of food and beverage quality and service are maintained. Candidate must have previous experience. 

 

Server: Responsible to take orders from and serve food and beverages to guests, check on guest satisfaction and handle the payment and complaints/concerns of customers.  Previous experience in a professional setting preferred.  Must be 18 years of age or older.

 

Server Assistant:  Provide guest service by greeting guests, providing water service, clearing and setting tables, and completing side work.  Heavy lifting required.

 

Host Person: Make sure that all members and guests are seated promptly. Assist the dining room manager with daily operation of dining room. Must be 18 years of age or older. 

 

Golf Grounds Maintenance: The Golf Course Maintenance Staff is responsible for the safe, proper and efficient operation of varied equipment. Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, the main objectives are to maintain and present the golf course with emphasis on detail, playability and environmental responsibility.

 

Vehicle Technician - Responsible for the operation and preventative care of golf course and ski hill maintenance equipment.  Must have knowledge of equipment repair and a valid driver’s license. This is a part time seasonal position of up to 40 hours per week. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

 

Line Cook - Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot and cold menu item plates.
