Hotel Policies


Cancellation Policy
Lodging reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy from April thru November. All golf packages have a 14-day cancellation policy.

A limited number of pet friendly roomes are available for an additional charge of $25 per night. Please indicate at the time of booking if you are bringing your pet. Guests may not bring pets into guest rooms that are not specifically designated for pets.

Smoking Policy
In order to better accommodate our hotel guest all lodging facilities have become non-smoking. A fee of $200.00 will be charged to any guest that does not comply.

Christmas/New Year’s Week
The Club will be open from December 26th thru January 5th. Holiday rates will apply December 26th thru January 1st. All Christmas week reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. All cancellations must be made by November 30th for Christmas week to receive a refund. Full payment will be forfeited if you do not comply. Christmas week minimum nights stay as follows:

  • Reservations made prior to October 31st – Five (5) night minimum
  • Reservations made between to November 1st and November 15th – Four (4) night minimum
  • Reservations made between to November 16th and November 30th  – Three (3) night minimum
  • Reservations made after November 30th – Two (2) night minimum
Holiday Weekends: MLK & President’s Day Weekend have a three (3) night minimum
Non-Holiday Weekends: All other winter weekends will have a two (2) night minimum
One night stays are possible in standard accommodations. A $50.00 fee per reservation will be applied to any single night lodging reservation.
Lodging rates are for lodging only – no complimentary breakfasts are included.

Membership discounts are NOT applicable to the Hilltop lodging rates.
All Holiday weekend rooms have a 14-day cancellation period.
All other winter weekend rooms - cancellations must be made the Monday prior to arrival by 5:00pm in order for a full refund. 
Full payment will be forfeited if you do not comply.
Townhouses, Cabins & Chalets have a 14-day cancellation policy all season.
Certain hotel rooms will be made available to members for seasonal use throughout the year. For members wishing to pre-book at least ten (10) weekends in advance, not including Christmas week, a 5% discount will apply on top of Membership discounts. Arrangements can be made for storage of personal items excluding ski, snowboard, cross country gear and boots. 

Late Check Outs
We do offer late checks outs if the rooms are available.
Standard Accommodations are available for $20 until 3pm & $40 up to 6pm. Townhouses, Cabins & Chalets are available for $50 until 3pm.
During the ski season, check out is 4pm unless otherwise noted.
